Pavel Pandarski has a Master’s degree in Ecology, obtained in Plovdiv University. He is a lecturer in Plovdiv University in subjects related to international environmental standards and waste management. He has great experience in environmental management of industrial plants, and environmental and human health impact assessment. He is well-experienced in consultation of industrial plants with IPPC permits, and incorporation of EMS. Spheres of expertise of his are environmental impact assessment and environmental management. He is the team leader of the EIA department.
